I've been yelling at the telly again

IT never fails..."She never went away!" I shout.
What could it be that makes me raise my voice, me being such a peace loving soul?
Why, that bloody WeightWatchers* advert of course.
"The woman I married is back?" Well perhaps if you'd treated her better in the first place, she wouldn't have sought solace in the biscuit barrel.

* And yes it is now ten years since I lost four stone with WeightWatchers. It has all gone back on, plus another two for good measure.

thank goodness someone else finds that advert offensive. "Now she's lost the weight it takes half the time [to wax her legs]", the doe-eyed child who now doesn't have to feel ashamed of her mum, and the ultimate "the woman I married is back". It's incredible WW still show that ad. Sorry for lateness of comment - only just found out you restarted your blog! Glad to see it, thank you!

No, - thank you, it's so lovely to get supportive comments and I am going to continue to blog about this when I can find a minute as it is important to me and I know there are other people out there like me - doing a million things but still finding time and energy to beat themselves up for putting weight on. It's nearly a week since I went to the nutritionist and I am still feeling upbeat about what she told me.x
